A day in my life.

Neena Patel

6:30am - 9:00am

I often begin my day at 6:30 am with a vigorous 30- to 45-minute yoga session. I felt calm, relaxed, and more energized throughout the day thanks to yoga. 7:30 am to 8:45 am is the time allotted to my daughter in the morning to get ready for School and our Walk and Talk session while I drop her off at school.

9:00am - 12:30pm

With a cup of tea and a to-do list, I start my remote work activities at this hour. I schedule every activity within the allocated time, which helps me finish my work quickly and stay organised throughout the day. I preferred to attend the stand-up meeting at 10:00 because I am a quality coordinator and a member of a solitary team. Simultaneously, working on Quality Documents to make sure the standard and regulatory requirements adhere to within the organisation.

12:30pm - 3:00pm

This is the time for a short lunch of salad, yogurt, and beans, followed by some housework to make myself available to the family in the evening or, occasionally, a phone call from distant relatives while taking a stroll in the garden.

Since I start working again around 1:00 pm, this is when I work at my best and finish most of the duties. When I pick up my kid from school at 3:00 pm, our Walk and Talk session begins. This is the time when I stay away from the screen and gets some fresh air too.

3:45pm - 5:30pm

I begin the quality and compliance-related tasks once more, keeping track of the work I've accomplished throughout the day. At 5:30 p.m., I log out and spend time with my family.
